    Description


    1. Advantages and Features


    1. The optimal machine tool structure design is completed by applying the 3D - CAD (Three - Dimensional Computer - Aided Design) system, and the designed structure is scientifically and efficiently calculated and analyzed by the Finite Element Method (FEM), ensuring the rigidity and stability of the overall machine tool structure.

    2. The V-shaped column design is adopted, and the span of the joint surface between the column and the base is widened, greatly enhancing the column rigidity and effectively avoiding vibrations generated during processing.

    3. The X and Y axes are equipped with imported linear guides and precision-ground equal-height sliders, featuring high speed and high precision. The use of ball retainers can eliminate the mutual friction of steel balls, achieving low noise, good sound quality, long-term maintenance-free operation, and excellent high-speed performance.

    4. The Z-axis track is attached with wear-resistant TURCITE - B fluorinated resin plates and is manually precision-scraped, making the movement of each axis balanced and smooth, and ensuring the permanent precision of the machine tool. Japanese-style precision scraping is adopted, and the work is done by Taiwanese-funded professionals, guaranteeing the contact area per square inch and maintaining the best geometric accuracy and durability of the machine body.

    5. The standard configuration is a Taiwan - funded belt - type high - speed spindle, assembled with precision P4-grade bearings to ensure low vibration at various rotational speeds. The high-load disc-shaped spring ensures that there is no easy chattering during the cutting process. Optional spindle ring spraying can provide better cooling for the machined workpiece. When an internal - coolant - through a spindle is selected, a special filtration system is also equipped, making the filtration of the coolant more meticulous, which is particularly suitable for deep-hole processing with a large length-diameter ratio.

    6. The three axes are equipped with imported precision ball screws with large diameters and pitches. Each axis is pre-stretched to reduce deformation, and the repeat positioning accuracy is high. The two ends of the ball screws are equipped with imported NSK special-purpose lead-screw drive bearings for CNC machine tools, and the ball screws are bi-directionally pre-stretched to ensure the feed stiffness of the screws.

    7. Taiwan - funded Yingxi precision tightening nuts are used, and the three axes are pre-stretched to reduce the thermal deformation of the lead screws and greatly improve the positioning accuracy.

    8. The lubrication points of each guide rail, ball screw, etc. are lubricated by a centralized, timed, and quantitative lubrication station, ensuring sufficient and reliable lubrication. The low-oil-level detection function reminds users to refuel on time to ensure the normal operation of the machine tool.

    9. The telescopic inner shield is made of high-quality anti-rust material, which is not easy to accumulate iron filings and extends the service life. The feedback line is designed with a built-in oil pipe, and the wires are not exposed, eliminating the concern of being eroded by iron filings and cutting fluid.

    10. A high-power, large-flow, and high-lift imported cooling pump, combined with the effective filtration of the coolant inside the water tank, can provide good cooling for the machined workpiece and effectively reduce the failure rate.

    11. A numerical control system with high performance, high reliability, and a high-speed microprocessor is adopted. Functions such as warning display and self-diagnosis facilitate use and maintenance. The standard configuration of RS - 232 - C serial communication interface and PCMCIA memory card interface, combined with the standard configuration of DNC (Direct Numerical Control) mode, facilitates the fast and efficient transmission of large-capacity programs and online processing. The multi-segment look - ahead control AICC is especially suitable for mold processing of high-speed and large-capacity programs. An optional latest USB interface is also available for convenient program transmission.

    12. A new - type LED energy-saving work light and a three-color light are configured, which have both good lighting effects and warning functions and can save 60% of energy.

    13. The entire set of electrical control wires is from a long-term cooperative professional company, effectively reducing the failure points of the whole machine and improving reliability.

    14. The red, yellow, and green three-color warning lights located at the highest point of the machine tool make it easy to observe the three states of machine tool alarm, standby, and operation. The LED lights are energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and the foldable design is convenient for transportation.

    15. The travel ranges of the three-axis feeds are set according to the safety limit margin to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the machine tool. When necessary, a second reference point and a second stored-stroke detection area are set to ensure the absolute safety of the machine tool in case of abnormal tool changes in the tool magazine.

    16. An optional bucket-type tool -the changing mechanism is available, which is stable and reliable for tool changing, saves non-cutting time, and can accommodate up to 20 tools.

    7. Installation and Commissioning


    1. Provide free first - time installation, commissioning, technical training, and guidance for the machine tool.

    2. After signing the contract, the manufacturer shall provide the machine tool foundation construction drawings within 7 days.

    3. The buyer shall construct according to the machine tool foundation drawings and prepare the correct machine tool foundation (complete the first grouting), power source, air pressure source, and necessary oils and cutting coolants. The specific details are as follows:

      • Foundation: Please construct according to the foundation drawings provided in the technical materials.

      • Power Supply: Voltage deviation, frequency deviation (AC 3~380V±5%/50±1Hz), and the minimum rated capacity must meet the requirements of this machine tool. Customers with large voltage deviations must be equipped with a power voltage regulator.

      • Air Source: The required pressure is 6 - 8 kg/cm², and the flow rate is determined by the customer's processing blowing air volume (the company uses a 10mm - diameter quick - connect air pipe).

      • Grounding Requirements: A copper rod about 16mm in diameter and 1.2m long is buried underground and filled with brine. The top of the copper rod should have a wiring hole.

      • Preparation for Trial Cutting: The customer is requested to prepare the workpiece for trial cutting and the required tools according to the process requirements. This machine tool uses BT45° pull studs and tool holders.
